The Basic subscription includes access to the SOS GmbH's Online Support Service .
You report your support request - the SOS Team will respond within 48hrs. The following table shows the different support price levels for open and closed source licenses per server.

Our price scale varies according to the number of servers used. For example, if you plan to use 3 servers with an open source licence, your support costs will be as follows:
  • 900.00 EUR annual subscription fee for the first server
  • 2 x 600.00 EUR annual subscription fee for the second and third servers (includes 30% reduction)
 


Subscription Level: Special

The Special subscription includes access to the SOS GmbH's
Online Support Service. You report your support request - the SOS Team will respond within 24hrs. The prices for support vary depending on the number of servers you use and the licencing model you have chosen. In addition, you have the option for telephone support or webex sessions.

Online Conferencing
With the subscription level Special you receive two Online Conferencing Sessions free of charge!
