To each support incident one responsible contact person is assigned. Response times are according to

buy a licence
from SOS GmbH to obtain subscriptions and automated updates at reduced cost.
This licence enables you to bundle and ship the Job Scheduler with your application
without the restrictions of the GPL,
gives you a limited warranty for two years and provides indemnity from third party rights.
